the staff is affable and helpful at all the levels. the setting is marvellous and absolutely incredible, adjacent to lake tekapo and the hill from the village, fairly quiet area.

Modern and comfortable hotel in a decent position in a quiet area. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Excellent service overall and parking on site. The easy check-in process too.

The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice. The bathroom was beautiful and the beds good. Its location next to footpath was handy.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was nice. Location: the hotel was near to town centre and cafes and restaurants and beautiful mountains. Furthermore, away from the lake.

The rooms are described as new and clean, with modern facilities and furniture. The bathroom has been praised as amazing, providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the lodge offers an easy check-in process, allowing guests to quickly settle into their accommodation.

The Wi-Fi signal at the lodge was reported to be poor and intermittent.

The room was incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were top-notch, with a modern and spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking. The layout of the room was excellent, and I especially appreciated the addition of a sofa and a table with chairs. Having access to Netflix was a bonus, providing entertainment during downtime. the location was ideal, offering a lovely view of the mountains and being conveniently close to both the town and amenities.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. Initially, the keypad entry was a little tricky to figure out, but after some perseverance, I managed to get it to work.

Well-appointed, well-designed cabin in booming Tekapo. Conveniently located with nice nearby walks. Equipped kitchen allowed for self-catering, and town offers plenty of dining options. Ample space for solo traveler. Modern fittings and supplied wifi were bonuses.

Reasonably spacious and fairly clean venue with a good value and very amiable staff. Neat and beautifully decorated rooms, lovely views of the lake. Very impressed with a refrigerator, a dining area, and a seating area available. Location so close to south New Zealand, town centre and lake, and the lake and restaurants...

The location was absolutely STUNNING with clear, star-filled skies at night. The property was spacious and had everything we needed, including a free upgrade for my partner's birthday. The kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was warm, and the bed was comfortable. The self-check-in was easy, and the staff was dedicated and resolved any issues promptly.

The rooms had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the air conditioning to keep cool in the summer heat, to the cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind. The kitchen and dining area were a great addition, allowing me to prepare meals and enjoy them in the comfort of my room. The private bathroom was also a plus, with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries provided. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV with satellite channels for some entertainment. I felt like I had everything I needed to have a great time during my stay.

The only downside, and this is purely personal preference, was that the suite I stayed in had a tile/marble floor. While it looked elegant, I found it a bit cold and would have preferred a cozier flooring option.

I got great value for my money at Skyrim Lodge. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The location was convenient, especially if you have a vehicle, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout my stay.
